Chad knows the Clark County community inside and out as a homegrown Vancouver resident. But what makes him successful in real estate is his understanding of connection. Chad has spent the majority of his career in hospitality; everything from housekeeping to front desk concierge, room director to general manager, and most of that at Vancouver hot spot, the Heathman Lodge. This extensive experience keeps him keenly aware of what each client needs and always on top of the entire home buying process. Chad continues to reside in his hometown with his two children.
